Return and exchange
1. Returns and Exchange are accepted for products made according to the standard size chart SoCherry ... (link to the size chart).
2. Products tailored to individual measurements, or adjusted on the basis of individual wishes, CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
3. Only new products with all labels, labels, dirt, damage and signs of wear are subject to return and exchange.
4. The cost of transport services for the Return and Exchange of Products shall be borne by the Buyer.
5. Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive the item. This means that no more than 14 calendar days should elapse from the date of receipt of the parcel to the date of transfer of the parcel to the courier service, including the dates of receipt and transfer, regardless of the time of day. Both dates: Receipt and Sending are recorded by messages in the personal account of the site, or in whatsapp.
6. Refunds or dress replacement will only be made if all labels and labels are attached after receipt of the returned dress and inspection for dirt, defects and / or other signs of wear.
We reserve the right to make a partial refund, or refuse to return if, after verification, the product has any acquired defects and / or signs of wear requiring mechanical / chemical processing.
